The OUHSC Laboratory for Molecular Biology and Cytometry Research is a state of the art facility offering a variety of services in the areas of DNA sequencing/genomics, mass spectrometry/ proteomics and flow cytometry and imaging. Current instrumentation includes both Illumina MiSeq and Applied Biosystems SOLiD next generation sequencers, an ABSciex QSTAR Elite hybrid quadrupole/Tof mass spectrometer and a Bruker-Daltonics HCT Ultra ion trap mass spectrometer with ETD, Stratedigm and FACs flow cytometers, two Leica confocal microscopes, a Nikon scope with a temperature and CO2 environmental chamber and a BioPlex assay station. The LMBCR offers a wide array of services, performed by highly trained facility personnel, on a fee for service basis for any academic researcher.
