Geoffrey Chupp, MD is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the Yale University School of Medicine. In addition to directing the Pulmonary Function Laboratory and the Yale Center for Asthma and Airways Disease, he pursues translational research on asthma severity with a focus on molecular phenotyping and chitinases.

Steven J. Greenberg spent 11 years as an attorney in New York before founding the mature worker job search website Jobs4.0, which helps top employers reach out to job seekers over 40. Jobs 4.0 was awarded the 'Company to Watch' award by the Connecticut Technology Council and the 'Best Employment Job Sites' by a leading rating service. Steven is also the anchor of the CBS radio news program "Your Next Job", and has been featured on NPR's All Things Considered, NBC news, PBS Frontline, The New York Times and many other media stories.
